Kelly Hilmes, LNHA, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Kelly has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 1998 to 2008, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, Inc. In 2008, they joined Golden Living as the Division Manager of Human Resources, where they successfully managed the HR department until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant before being promoted to Area Vice President at Golden Living. In 2016, they became the Regional Vice President of Operations at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, where they currently oversee regional operations. Kelly's extensive experience in human resources and senior living makes their a valuable asset in the industry.

Kelly Hilmes, LNHA, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Southwestern College. Kelly also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration, from MidAmerica Nazarene University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as an SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
