Michael Ross

Michael Ross has over 20 years of experience in the senior living and health care industry. Michael currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at the same company. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Executive Director at Senior Lifestyle. Before that, they were the National Director of Resident Services at Vi, where they were responsible for coordinating lifestyle programming and implementing innovative technology-based programming. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Administrator at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, where they successfully turned around the operations of a skilled nursing facility. In 2009, they became an entrepreneur and started a family business called SweetPea Cakes. Michael also held the position of Divisional Director of Operations at Bickford Senior Living and served as the Executive Director at Fountains at Crystal Lake and The Forum at Overland Park. Their earlier career includes roles as a Health Care Administrator at Sunrise Senior Living and Marriott Church Creek Health Care Center. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in operations management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning in the senior living industry.

Michael Ross attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Administration.
