Jo Ann Balsamo

Jo Ann Balsamo, M.Ed, currently serves as the Implementation and Client Support Manager at Tutor.com since June 2023, where responsibilities include directing multiple implementation projects and providing consultative support in Higher Education and K12 markets. Previously, Balsamo was the Federal Programs Project Specialist at the School District of Indian River County from June 2018 to June 2023, managing up to 12 Federal grants annually and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of the NSF ATE Center at Indian River State College from October 2011 to June 2018, where Balsamo oversaw significant projects involving numerous academic partnerships and secured over $4 million in grant funding. Balsamo holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Exceptional Student Education from Indian River State College.
