Tammy Okland

Tammy Okland has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Tammy started their career as an Accountant / Office Manager at Minnesota Surety and Trust Company in 2000, where they worked until 2008. Afterward, they joined Mercy Medical Center as a Financial Accountant for a brief period of 10 months. In 2008, they transitioned to Absolute Energy, LLC, where they served as a Controller until 2012. During this time, they also established their own firm, Tamara L Okland, CPA, and worked as a Certified Public Accountant until 2016. Starting in 2016, Tammy worked as a Certified Public Accountant / Senior Accountant at Potter & Brant, P.L.C. until 2022. In July 2022, they joined Perkins & Company PC as a Client Accounting Associate. Tammy also had a role as a Tutor at Tutor.com from June 2017 onwards.

Tammy Okland completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1995 to 1997. Tammy later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General, from Keller Graduate School, from 2009 to 2014.
