Erin Castillo Holder has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin Castillo most recently worked as a UX Researcher at TutorMe starting in November 2022. Prior to that, Erin worked at Mentor Collective from August 2020 to November 2022, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager, UX Researcher, and participated in an EdTech Rotational Program in both the Product and Business Development departments.

Before joining Mentor Collective, Erin worked at Harvard University from January 2016 to January 2020. Erin Castillo held the position of Lead for President's Administrative Innovation Fund Project and also worked as an HR Assistant/Project Specialist. Additionally, Erin worked as a College Admissions Consultant at Echelon Prep from August 2015 to January 2016.

Erin gained early experience as an Intern at the Smithsonian Institution in 2014 and as a Teaching Assistant at New Haven Public Schools from September 2013 to May 2014.

Erin Castillo Holder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Yale University. Erin Castillo has also obtained a Graduate Certification in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA degree at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Erin has participated in the International Alliance of Research Universities Global Summer Program at the National University of Singapore.
