Teresa Jorgensen

Teresa Jorgensen has extensive experience in library services, beginning with a current role as a Freelance Librarian at TutorMe since October 2019, where support is provided to online college students in research. Previous positions include serving as a School Library Media Specialist at Portsmouth Public Schools, where instruction was delivered to 550 elementary students and collaboration with teachers on projects occurred. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Professional Librarian, Library Assistant, and Young Adult Divisional Librarian in various public libraries, where tasks ranged from assisting patrons and managing library materials to supervising staff and conducting programming. Teresa holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and a BA in History from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
