Genevieve Custer Weeks is the Founder & CEO of Tutu School Franchises and Tutu School. Genevieve has a background as a professional ballet dancer, having worked with Madison Ballet and Oakland Ballet Company. Genevieve's vision for Tutu School is to provide a creative dance education experience for children and encourage them to exercise their imaginations. Genevieve values age-appropriate motor skills, fundamental ballet principles, classical music, and the stories of famous ballets in their teaching approach. Education-wise, Genevieve attended the School of Ballet Chicago and Saint Mary's College of California.

Tutu School is a collection of boutique-style ballet schools for for very young children, with locations across the U.S. and Canada. || We exist to make space in the lives of children and entrepreneurs for confident creativity and the pure joy that comes from finding oneself in music and movement. We believe that the soft tulle layers of a tutu are beautiful, but so are the brave, determined muscles that dance underneath it. We believe that when the curtain goes up and the orchestra starts playing, it takes a graceful kind of courage to step out onto the stage - or out into the world - in pursuit of a dream. We believe in changing lives, one pirouette at a time.
