Tong Thuy Duong

Tong Thuy Duong is currently serving as the Global Scheme Manager for the amfori BSCI scheme at TÜV NORD GROUP since January 2023. With a rich background in quality management and certification processes, Tong previously held the role of Profit Centre Head and Quality Manager at Tuv nord Vietnam from October 2010 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing accreditation procedures, managing client relationships, and conducting various audits. Earlier experience includes positions in SMEs management solutions and human resources, alongside expertise as a management consultant focused on ISO standards at the Vietnam Productivity Institute. Tong holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University and a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from National Economic University.
