Jan Schuettler

Jan Schuettler has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Currently, they are the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at TÜV Rheinland Group since September 2022. Prior to this, Jan worked at Bayer for 15 years, where they held various positions such as Senior Human Resources Consultant, Global Talent Acquisition Expert, Manager Talent Marketing Operations, Head of Public Relations and Corporate TV, Head of Internal Communications & Public Relations, and Head of Public & Media Relations. They also had a short stint as a Public Relations Manager at Atos Origin. Before entering the corporate world, Jan worked as a Freelance Journalist from 2004 to 2007. Jan's work experience is marked by their expertise in HR transformation, digitalization, process improvement, talent acquisition, and communication.

Jan Schuettler completed their Magister / Master in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Münster from 1997 to 2002.
