Thomas Weigand

Thomas Weigand has had extensive work experience in the field of product testing and certification. Thomas worked for TÜV Rheinland Group from 2010 until 2023, holding various roles including VP / Geschäftsfeldleiter Hardlines Europe and Local Field Manager / Geschäftsfeldleiter Hardlines German Operation. In their roles, they were responsible for testing and certifying various products such as sports and leisure equipment, furniture, cookware, and construction and sanitary products. In 2023, they became the Managing Director of TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH.

Thomas Weigand earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen.
