Thomas Bille Fahlberg

Thomas Bille Fahlberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and leadership within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently, Thomas serves as Head of Operations at TÜV SÜD since April 2023. Prior roles include Head of R&D and Project Management at SPT VILECON, Senior Value Stream Lead at Ambu A/S, and Senior Program Manager at 3Shape. Notable achievements encompass directing large teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and launching multiple products from concept to manufacturing while fostering LEAN processes.
