Tiff R. has a diverse work experience spanning over the past two decades. They started their career as a Student Geographer/GIS Specialist at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 2001, where they compiled and analyzed spatial data for water quality research and created maps for publication.

In 2005, Tiff worked as a Freelance Copywriter at GREY PRO Oy before moving on to roles as a Copywriter at Satama Interactive and Ramblas Digital in 2006 and 2007 respectively. During this time, they worked with creative teams and served as Lead Copywriter for NSN's highly technical online newsletter.

From 2009 to 2012, Tiff worked as a Copywriter subcontracted from Tenfour Communications for Nokia's Global Digital Marketing Team. In this role, they created web copy for new products, landing pages, banners, and teasers while collaborating with the performance management team to develop enticing email content.

In 2014, Tiff returned to Nokia as a subcontractor from Tenfour Communications, this time as a Community Manager. They planned and published content for various social media channels and engaged with millions of fans and followers. Additionally, Tiff managed Nokia's YouTube channel.

Tiff also worked as a UX Copywriter subcontracted from Tenfour Communications at Microsoft from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Tiff joined Tuxera as a Content Manager, steering the company's content strategy and leading their content marketing program. They were responsible for planning and creating content for digital and print channels, managing email campaigns, and serving as the editor-in-chief of the company blog.

Tiff eventually became the VP of Marketing at Tuxera in 2019, overseeing the company's marketing and digital marketing strategies. They set objectives and KPIs for marketing, measured performance, and maintained ROI according to an annual budget. Tiff also played a crucial role in developing Tuxera's content strategy and managing their Google Ads.

Throughout their career, Tiff's expertise in copywriting, content management, and marketing has been integral to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Tiff R. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies and Applications from Michigan State University in 1999. They later pursued a Master's degree in Geography from the same university, completing it in 2004.

In terms of certifications, Tiff obtained the Google Analytics certification from Google in October 2014. They also completed the Community Management-koulu (Community Management School) course from Dingle in 2015. Additionally, Tiff obtained the Hootsuite Certified Professional certification from Hootsuite Media Inc. in June 2015. They further completed the Content Marketing Institute University course offered by the Content Marketing Institute in June 2017.

In recent years, Tiff obtained the Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn in June 2021. They are also scheduled to obtain the Product Management PMC-I, Market certification from Pragmatic Institute in June 2023.
