Emma Baillie

Emma Baillie is currently the Head of Family & Divorce Law at Hanne & Co. Solicitors LLP, where Emma leads a team of experts specializing in divorce, separation, and financial considerations. Prior to their current position, Emma held various roles at TV Edwards Solicitors LLP, B P Collins LLP, Kingsley Napley, Blandy & Blandy LLP, and Joy Merriam & Co, gaining extensive experience in complex financial disputes, international family law, and public children law. Emma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Guildford, and an LLB (hons) from the University of Kent.
