Courtney Frazer

Courtney Frazer is an experienced professional with a strong background in community engagement and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member for TV Santa Barbara since June 2021, Courtney focuses on promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice through impactful media. As the Founder of Black in SB Cannabis, established in August 2019, Courtney has dedicated efforts to enhance industry access and visibility for underrepresented communities within the cannabis sector. Previous roles include Senior Floor Supervisor and Community Liaison at Glass House Brands Inc. and Sales Specialist at Coastal Dispensary, where Courtney contributed to the growth of California's cannabis market. Earlier experiences include Director of Advancement at TV Santa Barbara and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where Courtney developed partnerships and managed programs to benefit local youth. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Columbia College Chicago.
