VENKATESH IYER

Venkatesh Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. VENKATESH is currently working as a Project Manager- Manufacturing Innovation at TVARIT since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Engagement Manager at A2MAC1 - Decode the future from July 2022 to January 2023.

Venkatesh's longest tenure was at ZF Group, where they held multiple roles. VENKATESH started as a ZF International Management Trainee from July 2013 to December 2014. Later, they became an Engineering Project Manager from January 2015 to July 2017, where they successfully managed projects and won business nominations for ZF Chassis components Business Unit in India. VENKATESH improved customer relations by representing an impact-driven and process-oriented team, coordinated advanced product quality planning calls, visited customers for negotiations, and represented ZF at various automotive events. VENKATESH managed projects end-to-end, forecasted product strategy, marketed new products, coordinated testing for EU requirements, and established processes to implement lessons learned. VENKATESH also had indirect reporting and task delegation responsibilities to 11 colleagues.

Overall, Venkatesh has demonstrated strong project management skills, customer engagement, and business development expertise throughout their career.

Venkatesh Iyer began their education at Kamalnayan Bajaj Junior College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Physical Sciences. VENKATESH then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust's Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, completing it from 2009 to 2013.

In 2017, Venkatesh enrolled in RWTH Aachen University for their Master of Science degree in Management and Engineering (MME-TIME), specializing in Technology, Innovation, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. VENKATESH successfully completed their master's program in 2021.

During their master's studies, in 2019, they attended Harvard University for a Course in Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing and participated in a B2B Marketing Simulation Game. VENKATESH also took part in the Cambridge Ecosystem Practicum as part of their M.Sc. at RWTH Aachen in the same year. This practicum involved a hands-on simulation from the connected car ecosystem and was conducted at the University of Cambridge.

In addition to their formal education, Venkatesh also obtained several certifications. VENKATESH completed a UX Design course from CareerFoundry in October 2020. In October 2018, they completed the Creo Parametric 2.0 Assembly Design Training offered by TRIVIT AG. Venkatesh acquired the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 certification from the Goethe-Institut e.V. in May 2015. VENKATESH also received Catia V5 Basis-Training from CCE Group Ltd in March 2014. Most recently, in January 2022, Venkatesh obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
