Kristel Wijshof

Kristel Wijshof is an accomplished Compensation & Benefits Specialist with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Kristel serves as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist EMEA at TVH, a role commenced in January 2023. Previously, Kristel held similar positions at Lidl België & Luxemburg and De Watergroep, focusing on the BELUX region and contributing to compensation and benefits strategies. Prior to these roles, Kristel was the Head of the Pension Department at CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit and also worked as an author and editor of pension publications at Wolters Kluwer. Additionally, Kristel has experience as a guest lecturer on pension law and policy at Odisee and conducted research in the field at CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit/OKRA. Earlier career experience includes working with the Flemish Interuniversity Council on international scholarships.
