Fred Hallett P.Eng, PMP has extensive work experience in project execution and management. Fred currently holds the position of Vice President of Project Execution at TWD Technologies Ltd. and TWD EPCM. Previously, they worked at Fluor Canada as a Senior Construction Engineering Manager and at WorleyParsons-Fluor as an Integration and Hookup Manager for the Hebron Topsides project. Before that, they held various roles at Fluor, including Construction Completions Manager and Lead Engineer. Prior to their time at Fluor, Fred served as the Vice President of Refinery Operations at North Atlantic Refining Limited and as the Director of Economics and Engineering Services at North Atlantic Refinery. Overall, Fred's experience spans over two decades and encompasses a wide range of leadership and technical roles in the engineering and construction industry.

Fred Hallett P.Eng, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they obtained from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1982 to 1989. In 2015, they also earned a Certificate in Project Leadership from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Project Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in December 2017.
