Michel Cozzolino has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Michel has worked as a Senior Project Manager at the Tweddle Group since 2014. Prior to that, they were an Entrepreneur at XTrust starting in 2010. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the CTO at Teknosud, where they managed a team of 60 mechanical designers and implemented organizational optimizations. In 2013, they were the Business Program Manager at Ayron S.r.l., responsible for managing the setup of a new IT company and establishing strategic partnerships. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Tieto, overseeing the implementation of a new software platform for local government taxes and fines. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Business Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they developed sales strategies and established partnerships. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they served as the Business Director of the South-East Asia region at Siemens, where they managed finances and projects and increased business turnover. In addition, they worked as a Key Account & Project Manager at Siemens from 2001 to 2005, leading the projects for the realization of country-wide mobile networks. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Product Manager at Marconi, focusing on the development of new products in the telecommunications sector. Prior to that, they participated in the start-up of Quadrics Supercomputers World in 1996 and served as a Product Manager, leading various projects in the computer manufacturing industry. Michel started their career at Alenia Spazio in 1994 as a Product Assurance Manager, where they coordinated the Product Assurance Department.
Michel Cozzolino completed their education in two different institutions. In 1984, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II' in Italy and graduated in 1990 with a degree in Electronics Engineering. Later in 1991, they briefly attended Politecnico di Torino for Business Management and Administration, although it is not clear whether they obtained a degree in this field.
In terms of certifications, Michel Cozzolino obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
