Chitralekha Beniwal

Chitralekha Beniwal began their work experience as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University from January 2014 to May 2015. Chitralekha then joined Lippert Components, Inc. in September 2015 as a Business System Analyst, where they were responsible for testing and implementing the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system. Chitralekha played a role similar to an internal consultant for the parent company, overseeing tasks such as initial gap analysis, functional engineering, and successful implementation of the system. In November 2019, Chitralekha joined Tweezerman International, LLC as a Global Business Systems Manager. Their responsibilities included maintaining, designing, configuring, and upgrading business software applications. Chitralekha also served as a primary liaison between the business and technical teams, provided business support and training, and championed change management activities across the organization.

Chitralekha Beniwal obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Chitralekha went on to pursue their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
