Allison Kiang

Allison Kiang is an investor at Twelve Below since 2024, focusing on preseed and seed-stage investments in sectors such as healthcare, fintech, energy, and consumer products. Currently a venture scout at Bain Capital Ventures, Allison has previously held strategic roles at Komodo Health, including Manager of Strategy & Innovation and Customer Success in Life Science Solutions. Additional experience includes research fellowships at Contrary and BluePrint Research Group, as well as positions at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Columbia University Medical Center, and Mount Sinai Health System. Allison began their career as a senior deputy copy editor at Columbia Daily Spectator while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences, Neuroscience, and East Asian Studies from Columbia University, following education at The Harker School.
