Stephanie Palsma van Voorthuizen, MA, MSc has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Twelve, where they are a member of the Board and responsible for designing and implementing the Twelve EX (Employee Experience) with a focus on fostering commitment, community, and employee engagement. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Sparring Partner at Sparring.org.

Stephanie also served as the Head of People & Culture at Dwarfs, where they joined the Dwarfs Management Team to help create the best employee experience during a period of rapid growth. Stephanie Palsma van Voorthuizen, MA, MSc has an extensive education history. Stephanie pursued their undergraduate studies at Leiden University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Social Psychology. Afterwards, they continued their education at the same university, obtaining another Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from 1988 to 1992. Following a break, Stephanie returned to academia and enrolled at Radboud University from 2014 to 2019. During this period, they completed their studies and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Msc Business Administration.
