Joonghyup Cha

Joonghyup Cha is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in test engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Engineer In Test at Twelve Labs since September 2024, Joonghyup previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer In Test at Sendbird from April 2022 to September 2024, where significant improvements were made to ML Pipeline performance for a Generative AI product and a successful transition from manual to automated end-to-end testing was led.
