Andy Flack is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in building and managing recruitment teams across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting at Twelve since January 2022, Andy has previously held key roles at Heirloom, Rebellion Defense, Platform Science, Plenty, and multiple tech start-ups. Notably, Andy excelled as Lead Technical Recruiter at Facebook, where significant contributions were made to the Technical Operations/Infrastructure group. Prior experience includes successful tenures at Glotel, where Andy delivered high-value projects to major clients and consistently ranked among the top recruiters in the U.S. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Birmingham City University, completed in 1997.
