Sara Andelin has a diverse work experience in the fields of sustainability consulting, environmental science, and podcast production. Sara is currently working as a North America Business Consultant for Sustainability Services at Lenovo. Prior to that, they worked at Restore Media & Strategy LLC as a Podcast Producer & Host and later as the Head of Sustainability Consultant. Sara also served as the Head of Sustainability at twelveNYC. Sara has previous experience at Tesla as a Specialist and EHSS Intern, at Delos™ as a Sustainability Manager and Analyst, and at TRC Companies, Inc. as an Environmental Scientist. Sara has also interned at The Nature Conservancy, Otis Elevator Company, Con-test Analytical Laboratory, and CT Dept of Energy and Environmental Protection.

Sara Andelin has a strong educational background in sustainability and environmental policy. Sara completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainability Management at Columbia University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Policy from Union College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Sara also attended Bond University, where they specialized in Sustainable Development and Design at the Mirvac School of Sustainable Development for a short duration.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sara Andelin has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise in the field. Sara became a Certified Member (CM) of 1% for the Planet in January 2021. In August 2019, they completed the Green Building Studio: Energy Analysis certification through LinkedIn. Earlier, in January 2017, they earned the WELL AP certification from Green Business Certification, Inc. It is worth noting that they hold a LEED Green Associate certification as well, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not available.
