Iulia-Alexandra I. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Iulia-Alexandra began their career in 2013 as an intern at Recognos Romania, where they focused on Semantic Web technologies and Natural Language Processing Techniques. During their internship, they extended the ontology using OWL, queried the ontology using SPARQL, and implemented algorithms for measuring distances between strings.

In 2014, Iulia-Alexandra joined Accesa IT Consulting as an intern on .NET Technologies, where they received training on web development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET MVC, TFS, Entity Framework, LINQ, and test-driven development. Iulia-Alexandra also worked with the SCRUM methodology.

Also in 2014, they started working at Endava as a Software Engineer, where they worked on three projects, including an internal motivation application using Play Framework and Microsoft SQL Server.

Starting in 2018, Iulia-Alexandra worked at ArtSoft Consult as a Java Software Engineer. Iulia-Alexandra was involved in various projects for clients in the tourism industry, utilizing technologies such as Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, MySQL, Mongo, Apache Kafka, and REST technologies.

Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce.
