Kaita Sugihara

Kaita Sugihara has a diverse work experience in various consulting roles. Kaita is currently working as a Consultant at Twenty First Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Sports Consultant from January 2020. From 2014 to 2019, Sugihara worked as a FIFA Consultant. Kaita also served as the Head of Development at the Asian Football Confederation from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a FIFA Instructor in 2012. Sugihara has experience as a Consultant at Aska Technology Co., Ltd from 2002 to 2003. Kaita began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting in 1996 and held this position until 2002. During their tenure at Deloitte, they provided business consulting and information technology consulting services in various industries, including strategy development, business process reengineering, and supply chain management.

Kaita Sugihara attended the School of Engineering at The University of Tokyo from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master of Engineering degree with a focus on Engineering (CIM - Advanced Manufacturing IT System). From 2004 to 2005, Kaita Sugihara pursued further education at FIFA Master, where they completed a Master's degree in Sports Sociology, Management/Marketing, and Law.
