Crystal Potter

Crystal Potter is an experienced Senior Creative Producer at Twenty Four 7 since August 2019, previously holding the position of Creative Producer in Consumer Experience. Prior to this, Crystal served in various roles at Figure Plant from June 2012 to May 2018, including Director of Operations, where responsibilities included oversight of estimation, project management, technical design, fabrication, and client management. Additional positions held at Figure Plant included Director of Production and Senior Project Manager, focusing on project management and mentorship of team members. Earlier career experiences include Project Manager roles at fix studio and Stagecraft Industries, and a Technical Director position at Oregon Ballet Theatre. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and furthered education at Penn State University.
