Nicholas Kamerer

Nicholas Kamerer has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Nicholas began their career at Trader Joe's as a Crew Member. In 2010, they took on the role of Assistant Manager Lifeguard at Swim Club Management Group. In 2012, they were an Intern Football Coach at Charlotte Country Day School. From 2014 to 2020, they were Assistant Football Coach and Director of Football Operations at Newberry College. During this time, they coached and mentored a position group of 10 student-athletes each year, engineered a recruiting database of 400 student-athletes, and surpassed yearly recruiting minimums by 200%. In 2020, they volunteered at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as an Offensive Assistant-- Analyst, where they aided growth of TE Taylor Thompson to earn spot on C-USA All-Freshman Team, analyzed data to decrease turnovers by 68.4% and increase time of possession by 7.2%, and assisted with recruiting potential student-athletes. In 2021, they held roles at both twentyAI and Rescue Treats, LLC. At twentyAI, they were a Recruitment Team Manager - Technology, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Associate Recruitment Consultant. At Rescue Treats, LLC, they were a Sales Consultant.

Nicholas Kamerer has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Elon University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Nicholas is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Kansas, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Nicholas also holds a certification in CPR & AED from the American Heart Association.
