Tabasum Khan-Mir

Tabasum Khan-Mir has over fifteen years of work experience in governance and operations, resourcing management, and team leadership. In 2015, they joined twentyAI as the Associate Director of Governance & Operations and later became the Governance & Operations Manager. Her responsibilities included operational management and support, contractor compliance, contractor workforce management, audit, contract review/commercial tenders, and training. Prior to this, they were employed at Hays from 2004 to 2015, where they held two roles: Resourcing Manager - Finance and Team Leader. As the Resourcing Manager - Finance, they were responsible for providing direct support to both the permanent and temporary/contract teams in the search, selection and resource management of new candidates. As the Team Leader, they managed a high performance team of customer service agents managing the payroll queries for over 30,000 contractors and delivering expert advice on the end to end temp payroll process.
