Katrina Hill-Gay

Katrina Hill-Gay currently serves as the Associate Director of Executive Operations and Governance at Year Up, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment for over 700 prospective students biannually and managing the selection process for 400 students annually. Throughout a progressive career at Year Up, Katrina has held roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, Admissions Manager, Staff Learning Specialist, and Internship Services Specialist, focusing on onboarding, training effectiveness, and internship readiness. Prior experience includes positions at Aerotek as a Training Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, as well as an HR Technologies Intern at AOL. Katrina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Southern New Hampshire University, following an Associate degree in Information Security Systems from Northern Virginia Community College.
