Jessica Masur has worked for nine different companies since 2011. Jessica began their career as an Intern at TripAdvisor in 2011 and then worked as a Research Assistant for the Social Cognition Lab of Francys Subiaul in 2014. That same year, they also worked as an Executive Assistant for All About Moving Co. In 2016, they were a Research Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant for The Clinical and Affective Neuroscience Lab. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Associate for The Alchemist's Kitchen and a Development Associate for Christodora: Nature, Learning, Leadership. In 2019, they were a Program Coordinator for The Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Associate and then a Customer Success Specialist for Twentyeight Health since 2021.

Jessica Masur attended Needham High School from 2011 to 2014, followed by The George Washington University from 2014 to 2015. Jessica then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University from 2016 to 2018.
