Janet S. Wong

Janet S. Wong is an accomplished independent board director and audit committee chair with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director and Audit Committee Chair at TWFG Insurance since July 2024, Janet has also held similar roles at Lucid Motors and Enviva. Previously, Janet has served on the boards of Lumentum, SHINE Technologies, and Allegiance Bank, and has gained valuable advisory experience at BIGcontrols. With a strong background in accounting, Janet was a partner at both Grant Thornton LLP and KPMG LLP, where responsibilities encompassed national and global practices. Janet holds master's degrees in Professional Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University and Tax from Golden Gate University.
