Kristen Hicks is the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for TWG and joined the company in 2019. Her main responsibilities include processing payroll and managing employee benefit plans. Kristen works directly with HR and Talent Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist and CXO to plan events, monitor employee experience and implement policy changes. She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Prior to joining TWG, Kristen worked for the Justice Companies. There she joined the HR department as the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator and worked as the point of contact for over 500 employees.
