Mahmood Azam

Mahmood Azam has worked in both the food industry and research and development sector. Mahmood is currently the Head of Quality & Research and Development at TWI Foods Inc. since January 2020. Previously, they worked as a Manager at Milano Bakeries Ltd. from 2017 onwards. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Manager at Gate Gourmet. Prior to that, they held the role of Quality Assurance & HACCP Coordinator at TWI Foods Inc. from January 2013 until November 2013.

Mahmood Azam has a strong educational background in food science and technology. Mahmood obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Technology from Karachi University in 1998. Prior to that, they had completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in the same field from Karachi University between 1995 and 1997.

In addition to their degrees, Mahmood Azam also received a certification from the Guelph Food Technology Centre. This certification, titled "ASQ HACCP Auditor," does not have specified start and end years.

Furthermore, Mahmood Azam has an additional certification as a Certified Food Defense Coordinator. Mahmood obtained this certification from AIB International, Inc. in August 2015.
