The Quality Assurance team at TWI FOODS INC. ensures the highest standards of food safety and product quality for the company's bakery items like cake rusk and tea toast. This team rigorously tests ingredients, monitors production processes, and implements food safety protocols to comply with regulatory standards. Led by the Head of Quality & Research and Development, the team also oversees continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification requirements.
