Elizabeth Andrews

Elizabeth is a CIPD-qualified HR professional. She has been working within the Human Resources field for the past 17 years across a number of industry sectors. She truly believes a company is only as great as the people who embody the organization. Human resources are about creating an inclusive culture, developing skills, and providing opportunities for all. Elizabeth heads up TWI’s Global People and Culture team. The aim of the Group is to support the people to be the best they can be and to deliver the best possible solutions to the customers. That means there is a focus on training and development - recruiting and retaining highly skilled people around the globe; creating career and reward structures that engage the talented people; promoting TWI Values, and promoting a culture of inclusion.
