Avery Cooper began their career in 2008 as a Front Desk Attendant at Homestead Inn - Thomas Henkelmann. In 2012, they transitioned to Eckerd College as a Teaching Assistant, supervising students during the execution of General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Biochemistry lab. In 2014, they joined YourMembership as a Support Coordinator, assisting the Director of Support Services in coordinating the upgrade and migration of clients. They then became a Support Specialist, providing prompt, thorough, and professional responses to service requests. Next, they took on the role of Implementation Specialist, managing project timelines for onboarding new clients onto YourMembership\u2019s association management system. Finally, in 2018, Avery Cooper moved to Mobile Life Support Services as an Emergency Medical Technician, responding to 5-10 emergency and non-emergency calls per 12-hour shift within assigned dispatch area. In 2019, they joined Twiage as an Associate Product Manager, serving as product expert for Twiage\u2019s prehospital communications platform across iOS, Android, and browser-based software. They then became a Customer Success Manager, overseeing the launch of over 35 hospital clients, and managing the ongoing relationships with over 40 of Twiage\u2019s hospital clients. Finally, they took on the role of Customer Success Associate.

Avery Cooper has a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics from Sacred Heart University, obtained between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, Avery obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Eckerd College between 2009 and 2013. Avery also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Cornell University between 2007 and 2008. Additionally, Avery obtained an Emergency Medical Technician, Basic certification from the New York State Department of Health in June 2018.
