Lisa Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa worked at Sanderling Resort as the Front Office Manager for six years, from May 1998 to September 2004. Since then, Lisa joined Twiddy & Company Realtors, where they held various roles. Firstly, they worked as a Guest Services representative from September 2004 to December 2010. Subsequently, Lisa took on the role of a Company Trainer from December 2010 to April 2015. After that, they transitioned to Human Resources, where they worked until at least June 2021. Currently, Lisa is the Head of Talent Experience at Twiddy & Company Realtors.
Lisa Lawrence received their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Lisa obtained the NC Real Estate Broker certification in April 2005 from the NC Real Estate Commission. Most recently, in June 2022, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
