Rita Kastrati

Rita Kastrati has a broad range of work experience. Rita began their career in 2016 as a Marketing and PR Placement at Kurt Geiger, where they worked in the HR department and the sales and marketing department. Rita then moved on to iSmash as a Specialist in 2018. In the same year, they became the Marketing Manager at Casa Dino. In 2019, they held two placements, one at Wells Fargo, where they worked with Equity Sales, Fixed Incomes and Rates teams, and the other at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked with the Corporate Social Responsibility team. In 2021, they became the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Twig, and also held the role of Business Development and Marketing Executive. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder of Bea's Flowers London, a sustainable flower supplying and arrangement company. In International Women's Month 2021, they donated 100% of profits to Women for Women charity and did 500,000 steps in a month to fundraise for them.

Rita Kastrati attended The Harrodian School from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained A levels and iGCSEs. From 2017 to 2020, they attended City, University of London, graduating with a degree in International Political Economy in the field of Political Economy.
