Alexandra Agnoletti

Alexandra Agnoletti currently serves as the VP of Talent, Experience, & DEI at Twilio, beginning in February 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandra held multiple positions at Segment from March 2019 to April 2023, including Head of People & Places and Head of People Partners and Talent Development. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of People at msg.ai, a People Development Manager at Uber, and an HR Business Partner at Twitter. Alexandra also worked as a Talent Management Associate at Red Bull and taught Spanish as part of Teach for America, a highly selective program. Alexandra earned a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with Honors from Boston College, along with a minor in Spanish.
