Amy Pombo

Amy Pombo is a Staff Product Designer at Twilio since November 2021, with previous experience as UX Product Design Lead at Worklete, where focus was on mobile learning for frontline workers. At Viewpoint, Amy served as Senior User Experience Designer, collaborating with teams to create user-centered designs for enterprise construction software. Earlier roles include UX Designer at Thetus Corporation, facilitating user research and interface design, and UX Tester and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, alongside customer service at Netflix. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from Lewis & Clark College and has furthered education at Portland State University and Portland Community College.
