Baber Shah

Baber Shah is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support, development, and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Twilio Inc. since August 2012, Baber excels in helping customers maximize their use of Twilio's capabilities while collaborating with internal and external partners to address operational challenges. Previously, as the Developer & IT Support Manager Europe at Wholesale Applications Community, Baber was instrumental in building IT infrastructure and promoting standardized technologies for mobile applications. Roles at Release Consulting, Markit, Accenture, Discovery Networks Europe, and Digital Rum further showcased Baber's analytical and integration skills across various sectors, including media and financial services. Baber holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from UCL and has held diverse positions since an early career that began after a tenure at Lehman Brothers.
