Charlie Weems

Charlie Weems is the Principal Solutions Engineer at Twilio. Prior to joining Twilio, Charlie worked as a software engineer at Code for America where they built applications for business owners and job seekers. Before Code for America, Charlie worked as a developer and project manager at TechChange where they helped build an online course platform and built custom courses for the U.S. State Department, USAID, Malaria Consortium, and others. Charlie has also held positions as a digital communications associate at Engility Corporation and a communications & knowledge management assistant at The QED Group, LLC.

Charlie Weems received a Bachelor's degree in Politics with Honors from Whitman College and a Type: Arabic Language and Literature degree from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
