Elias David

Elias David is an experienced professional in sales and business development with a strong background in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President EMEA for Twilio, Elias leads cross-functional teams to drive revenue generation across Strategic Accounts, New Business, and Solutions Engineers. Prior roles include serving as the Regional Vice President for the Rest of Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Sales Director for Emerging Markets, and Head of Emerging Markets at Telia Carrier, where Elias was instrumental in developing messaging solutions to enhance service delivery for local enterprises. Earlier career experiences include positions at PCCW Global Limited and Gateway Communications, where Elias gained significant management experience and contributed to the mobile revolution in Africa. Elias holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
