Mike Reetz is an accomplished technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in software development, project management, and business consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Twilio Inc., Mike oversees the Web Platform organization, managing multiple teams focused on web development and tooling. As Managing Principal Consultant at MZ Consulting, Mike provides strategic guidance to small and medium businesses, emphasizing Agile and DevOps methodologies. Previously, Mike held key positions at Amazon, Polycom, British Telecom, and Wire One Communications, where Mike drove significant projects and transformations, scaling operations and enhancing technology infrastructure.
