Nagesh Golem is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in designing and developing multimedia transcoding engines and mobile applications. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Twilio since July 2022, Nagesh previously held multiple roles at Dailyhunt from October 2013 to July 2022, including Architect and Lead Software Engineer, where contributions included developing a sophisticated video/audio/image transcoding engine that achieved a VMAF score of 99% and enhanced user engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Acliv Technologies Pvt Ltd and Pradhama Software Solutions Private Limited, focusing on VAS products and mobile applications. Nagesh possesses a Master of Computer Applications degree from TRR Engineering College and a BSC in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science from Chaitanya Degree College.
