Oxana Kim, CPP, currently serves as the Global Payroll Lead - Tax and Compliance at Twilio since January 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing payroll tax compliance and related processes. Prior experience includes various roles at RealPage, Inc. from February 2019 to December 2020, progressing from Payroll Clerk to Payroll Administrator II. Earlier, Oxana worked as an Accounting Coordinator at At Home Group Inc. and as a Payroll Coordinator, where support was provided for payroll processing and compliance tasks for a significant employee base. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of Moldova.
