Priyansh Saxena

Priyansh Saxena has extensive experience in project management and customer onboarding in the technology sector, currently serving as the EMEA Team Lead for Professional Services at Twilio since October 2020, where responsibilities include portfolio management of customer onboarding projects and resource allocation. Prior to this role, Priyansh held various positions at Twilio, including Senior Technical Onboarding Manager and Technical Onboarding Manager, focusing on the implementation of Twilio products for customers. From 2017 to October 2020, Priyansh worked at Freshworks as a Technical Account Manager and Product Specialist, aiding customers in the implementation of the Freshdesk SaaS product. Priyansh holds an Executive MBA in Business Analytics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from SRM IST Chennai.
