Shalini Pal is an experienced product manager with a strong background in data and API management at Twilio since September 2020, focusing on multiple products including SendGrid and various Twilio services. Prior to Twilio, Shalini worked as a product manager at Conduent, where the development of an enterprise-level reporting module significantly improved medical bill reporting efficiency. Shalini has also served as a data analyst at First Mortgage Corporation and Home Owners Equity Corporation, and as a program coordinator at International House in Berkeley, responsible for coordinating events for over 600 students. Additionally, Shalini has experience as a speaker and host for cultural presentations and business fundraisers. Early career experience includes serving as a supplemental instructor at Mt.
