Michelle Volberg

Michelle Volberg is the Founder and CEO of Twill, a platform that connects talent with companies through referrals. Michelle is also the Chair and Founder of Giledan 360, a search company that has helped numerous startups and organizations fill roles with a high retention rate. Additionally, Michelle is the Co-Founder of CT Women Entrepreneurs, a community for female entrepreneurs in Connecticut. Michelle has a successful background in digital advertising and account executive roles at companies such as AOL, Disney ABC Television Group, and NBCUniversal. Michelle holds a B.A. in English Honors and Journalism from Clark University.
